Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) | Must work PST hours
Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 base + performance growth

Position Summary:

A growing, nationally recognized organization is seeking a strategic and results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing outbound business development function from the ground up. This is a fully remote role responsible for owning outbound strategy, execution, and performance across a distributed team.

This position will design the outbound engine end-to-end, including team structure, messaging, sequencing strategy, and technology stack, while managing an offshore SDR team and driving consistent pipeline generation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building outbound programs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of modern B2B prospecting strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Strategy & Program Development

  • Design and build a scalable outbound sales program, including team structure, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Define target account segmentation and partner with data resources to ensure high-quality lead generation
  • Create and refine messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks
  • Evaluate and implement outbound tools, including sequencing platforms, data providers, and dialers
  • Ensure compliance with outbound regulations and best practices

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of offshore SDRs and supporting resources
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management through 1:1s and call reviews
  • Establish clear KPIs focused on quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution
  • Build repeatable onboarding and training programs to support long-term scalability
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Own outbound pipeline generation and performance metrics
  • Analyze results and provide insights to leadership to improve strategy and execution
  • Forecast team capacity, ramp timelines, and expected pipeline contribution
  • Continuously optimize outbound efforts based on performance data and market feedback

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building and leading an outbound or SDR function from the ground up
  • 2+ years of B2B sales development or outbound leadership experience
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed teams is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of modern outbound strategies and multi-channel prospecting
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and sales targets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Technical Experience:

  • CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
  • Data and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clearbit
  • Dialers and call intelligence tools such as Aircall, Dialpad, Gong, or Chorus
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
