Human Resources Manager Job Summary:
They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. A strong candidate would possess excellent project management skills, be comfortable with teamwork/collaboration, and be comfortable using various HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and Excel. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absence, Workers' Compensation, and ADA accommodations. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in driving business success through effective teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Coordinate workers' compensation claims and facilitate return-to-work programs
- Manage ADA accommodations process in collaboration with employees and managers
- Drive impactful HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Utilize HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders as a trusted business partner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of successful project management and driving impactful HR initiatives
- Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other HR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
