Position Overview
The Director of Human Resources (HR) will manage, coordinate, and evaluate the human resource functions at our facility. This role requires effective collaboration with leadership, staff, and external partners, managing organizational change, shaping workplace culture, and promoting initiatives that engage and retain employees, as indicated by our retention and turnover metrics.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources is required, with a preference for experience in acute care settings.
Certifications
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred.
