Compensation: $190,000 - $230,000

Position Summary:
A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking an experienced IT Operations Leader to manage day-to-day IT service delivery and operational performance across the enterprise. This role will guide a small internal technical team and coordinate with multiple vendor partners responsible for supporting the organization’s core technology platforms.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader who excels at maintaining reliable IT operations, improving service management processes, and ensuring high system availability across critical business systems. This individual will focus on operational excellence, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration while helping scale and strengthen the organization’s IT service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day IT operations and service delivery across enterprise systems, networks, and end-user environments
- Manage and develop a small internal technical team while coordinating with external vendors and service partners
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and SLAs to ensure reliable service delivery
- Monitor system performance and availability while driving operational improvements
- Lead incident, change, and problem management processes to maintain high system uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support technology initiatives and infrastructure needs
- Develop and track key operational metrics related to system performance, incidents, and service quality
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Partner with security teams to maintain strong infrastructure and data protection standards
- Manage multiple operational and infrastructure projects while maintaining service stability
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT operations or infrastructure leadership experience required; 10+ years preferred for Director level
- Strong experience managing Microsoft environments including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Background supporting enterprise infrastructure including networking, servers, endpoint management, and cloud services
- Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as VoIP, VDI, VPN, and modern networking environments
- Experience working with vendors and managing enterprise technology service providers
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Working knowledge of information security and enterprise infrastructure best practices
- ITIL or IT service management framework experience strongly preferred
