Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations, tests, and assessments

• Design personalized treatment plans addressing mobility, gait, vestibular function, and pain management

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy with interdisciplinary coordination

• Recommend adaptive equipment and develop home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on progress

• Educate families and caregivers to support discharge planning

• Provide training to clinical staff on safety and mobility techniques

Qualifications:

• California Physical Therapist license (required)

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)

• 1+ year experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
