Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or nights)

Compensation
Family Medicine: $268,000 – $360,000/year
Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000/year
Bonus: Monthly productivity incentives available
Schedule: Monday–Friday, includes 4 hours of panel management weekly

Key Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Care
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
Discuss diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care
Administer or prescribe medications, treatments, and vaccines
Refer to specialists and follow up on high-risk or emergency cases
Perform physical exams for school, employment, or insurance purposes
Collaborative Care & Leadership
Participate in care team collaboration and quality improvement
Supervise residents, students, or advanced practice providers as needed
Support training and development of clinical staff
Documentation & Compliance
Complete timely, accurate EHR documentation (within 72 hours)
Review lab results, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Stay current on clinical best practices and compliance standards
Maintain regular communication and uphold HIPAA protocols
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Active California medical license in good standing (Required)
Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Valid DEA license and BLS certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) a plus, not required
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
