We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a growing organization on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will play a critical part in supporting hiring needs across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and improving recruiting processes as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including hourly, exempt, and technical positions

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture alignment

  • Coordinate interview logistics and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience

  • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and start-date coordination

  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS

  • Provide regular updates and recruiting insights to internal stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a blend of both)

  • Experience supporting hiring in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technical environments strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
