Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, 1:1 outpatient treatments and interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized plans of care (POC) for diverse orthopedic and post-operative conditions.
Gradually integrate pelvic health patients (treating both male and female populations) into your schedule as your specialty training progresses.
Educate patients on movement strategies, home exercise programs (HEP), and long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate, efficient documentation within our streamlined EMR system.
Qualifications & Skills
Education/Licensure: Active (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California.
Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but New Grad PTAs with a genuine interest in pelvic health and mentorship are highly encouraged to apply!
Clinical Interest: A strong willingness to train in pelvic health and comfort treating all genders.
Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered clinical approach.
