What We Offer

  • Highly Competitive Salary:

    • Family Medicine: $268,000 – $360,000/year

    • Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000/year

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

  • Provide outpatient medical care for patients across the lifespan

  • Conduct exams, order labs/imaging, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

  • Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness

  • Administer immunizations and prescribe medications as needed

  • Refer to specialists and coordinate follow-up care

Collaborative Teamwork

  • Work closely with care teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Participate in quality initiatives and support clinical excellence

  • Engage in a supportive, inclusive, and mission-focused environment

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic protocols

  • Participate in staff meetings, peer reviews, and trainings


Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required)

  • Current California medical license (required)

  • Valid DEA license and current BLS certification

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

  • Experience in community health, FQHC, or underserved settings preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
