What We Offer

Highly Competitive Salary:
Family Medicine: $268,000 – $360,000/year
Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000/year

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide outpatient medical care for patients across the lifespan
Conduct exams, order labs/imaging, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness
Administer immunizations and prescribe medications as needed
Refer to specialists and coordinate follow-up care
Collaborative Teamwork
Work closely with care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in quality initiatives and support clinical excellence
Engage in a supportive, inclusive, and mission-focused environment
Documentation & Compliance
Complete timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic protocols
Participate in staff meetings, peer reviews, and trainings
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required)
Current California medical license (required)
Valid DEA license and current BLS certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Experience in community health, FQHC, or underserved settings preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
