A boutique outpatient physical therapy clinic in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a patient-focused team specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy sessions (60 minutes)
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Gradually integrate pelvic health patients into your caseload (training provided)
- Treat both male and female pelvic health patients
- Educate patients on recovery, movement, and long-term wellness
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) in California
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (5+ years ideal, but not required)
- Interest in pelvic health physical therapy and willingness to train
- Comfortable treating both male and female pelvic health patients
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- McKenzie Method experience preferred but not required
- New graduates with a strong interest in pelvic health and commitment to mentorship are encouraged to apply
