About the Role

An established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Belfair, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative, patient-focused team.

This position focuses on outpatient musculoskeletal (MSK) care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, with the opportunity to grow into telehealth services. You’ll work in 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for quality care and strong patient relationships.

Full-time PTAs (30+ hours/week) are eligible for full benefits. PRN opportunities are also available.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy sessions under PT supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Assist with post-surgical and musculoskeletal rehabilitation

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions (training provided)

• Educate patients on mobility, strengthening, and injury prevention

• Document patient progress accurately in EMR

• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and clinical team

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Washington State PTA license

• Current CPR certification

• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable with EMR and digital platforms
