About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in our San Diego office and offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced robotics and AI environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Help manage HRIS data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed.
  • Organize and maintain HR files, reports, and documentation.
  • Support company events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
