Position Title: Staff Pediatrician

Location: Beaumont, CA & Rialto, CA (16 hours/week per site)

Schedule: Part-Time (32 hours/week)

Total Compensation: $262,375 – $278,720 / year

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to deliver high-quality primary care across two outpatient Community Health Centers in Beaumont and Rialto. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we serve diverse patient communities with high-quality, comprehensive care.

This 32-hour per week position features an even split between locations (16 hours/week at Beaumont and 16 hours/week at Rialto), offering a balanced, hands-on clinical schedule focused entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine & Preventive Care: Conduct well-child exams, physicals, developmental screenings, and administer childhood immunizations following standard AAP guidelines.

  • Acute & Chronic Care Management: Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, injuries, and manage chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, allergies, ADHD).

  • Patient & Family Engagement: Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, safety, and disease prevention.

  • Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain timely, accurate patient charts in the EMR system and coordinate care with subspecialists and allied health staff.

Schedule & Travel Requirements

  • Workweek: 32 hours per week

  • Beaumont Facility: 16 hours/week

  • Rialto Facility: 16 hours/week

  • Reliable transportation required to work at both site locations.

Qualifications

  • Education: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted California physician and surgeon license.

  • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (ABP or AOBP).

  • Certifications: Active DEA registration, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and BLS.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $262,375 – $278,720 annually (32 hours/week)
