Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD plus bonuses

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Business Development professional with a proven track record in software sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, specifically in Salesforce, Java Full Stack, React, Angular, and Node.js technologies. If you're based in Texas and have a strong background in building and managing a sales pipeline, particularly within Salesforce Business Development, we’d love to hear from you. This is a target-driven role focused on acquiring new clients and consistently meeting sales goals across monthly, quarterly, and yearly timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Proactively research and identify potential business opportunities in the software industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
Develop Strategic Sales Plans:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches for maximum impact.
Build and Manage Sales Pipeline:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline for software projects across Java Full Stack, React, Angular, and Node.js technologies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales progress effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that address specific business challenges.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as project managers, developers, and marketing to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and potential growth areas.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the client base and enhancing sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Networking and Events:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Build a strong network of contacts to support ongoing business growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 7 years of experience in software sales and business development.
- Location: Ideally based in Texas, USA
- Salesforce BD: Experience with Salesforce Business Development is a significant advantage.
- Track Record: Proven success in building and managing a client base and achieving sales targets in previous roles.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
