Are you an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT or New Grad DPT) looking to transition away from high-volume insurance mills, double-booking, and 20-patient days?
Pelvic Path is an established cash-based outpatient practice in San Rafael, CA. We are hiring California-licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) with a strong background or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or manual therapy who want to expand their skills into Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.
You do NOT need prior pelvic health experience. We provide 100% paid pelvic health residency, paid dedicated study hours, and 1-on-1 mentorship alongside experienced clinicians.

What You'll Do
Treat a blend of outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health patients in 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions.
Complete paid specialty training to comfortably evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction across all genders.
Formulate individualized, root-cause treatment plans using manual therapy, movement, and neuromuscular re-education.
Complete quick, streamlined documentation in our modern EMR platform.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
Licensure: Active or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license in California (New Grads welcome!).
Background: Strong foundational interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or manual therapy.
Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning pelvic floor physical therapy through our fully supported training pathway.
Compensation & Perks
Full-Time Salary: $105,000 – $130,000 / year (Based on experience)
Part-Time / PRN Rate: $60.00 – $65.00 / hour
