Job Overview

An established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Stanwood, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing, patient-focused team. This role combines outpatient orthopedic care, aquatic therapy, and telehealth, offering a flexible schedule and strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, 45-minute outpatient physical therapy sessions

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques

• Conduct telehealth physical therapy sessions (opportunity to grow into 1 remote day per week)

• Assist with aquatic therapy programs (training available if needed)

• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in the EMR system

• Collaborate with PTAs and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license

• Current CPR certification

• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome

• Strong communication, organization, and patient engagement skills

• Interest in telehealth and digital rehabilitation tools

• Aquatic therapy experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)
