About This Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high-volume recruiting team during a period of elevated hiring demand. This is a fully remote, front-end recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, and pipeline management across multiple active requisitions. You will work directly with senior recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently from discovery to first interview. This is not a full-cycle position. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-moving, and experienced supporting multiple open roles at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search strategies across multiple assigned requisitions
  • Review inbound applications and screen resumes against defined job criteria; provide clear pass or pursue recommendations to senior recruiters
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and interest level
  • Manage all candidate communication including outreach, follow-up, and status updates throughout the pipeline
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team members
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and dispositions in the ATS; ensure data integrity across all assigned requisitions
  • Support job posting administration and requisition tracking across job boards and internal systems
  • Assist with special sourcing projects as assigned by senior recruiters or recruiting leadership

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable sourcing platform
  • Working knowledge of at least one ATS platform such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar
  • Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach, follow-up, and status messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and ATS hygiene

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-volume recruiting environment
  • Exposure to technical, manufacturing, finance, life sciences, or professional services recruiting
  • Proficiency with Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other job board platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client or multi-requisition setting
