Dynamic and privately owned real estate company in Beverly Hills seeking a senior property accountant.  Great opportunity to learn and continue to grow with senior leaders who are Ex-Big 4 CPA's and real estate experts.  This opportunities offers a variety of properties, very large portfolio and construction as well. 

The following experience required:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting  or other related major

5 years minimum experience in real estate accounting, including CAM reconciliations, A/R and A/P,  Monthly Financial Statement preparation, including all general ledger scrubs, journalizing, account analysis, bank reconciliations, and report preparation. Monthly rent roll maintenance, monthly rent, CAM billing, monthly late fee billing. Lease abstract and recordation in property management software (Yardi preferred). Construction accounting (not a must), intermediate Excel skills. Ad hoc accounting and finance reports and projects.

Strong work ethic, self-starter, ambition for advancement, strong business etiquette. The position reports to the Controller, the CFO, and will have direct communication with the Owner.

Fully paid medical, 3 weeks PTO and paid holidays.
