Responsibilities
Deliver 1-on-1, 45-minute physical therapy sessions in an outpatient setting
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
Create and implement customized rehabilitation treatment plans
Collaborate with PTAs and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, exercise programs, and home care strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using modern EMR systems
Engage in a team-oriented environment that values clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Active Washington State Physical Therapist License
CPR certification
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
Schedule & Compensation
Monday through Friday, no weekends or late nights
Hourly pay: $42 – $52/hour
Annual salary equivalent: $87,000 – $108,000/year
Full-Time or PRN options available
