About the Opportunity
Our client is a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to helping seniors live healthier, more independent lives at home and in their communities. They're growing their footprint in South Riverside County and looking for a natural connector — someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in the community, and wants their work to mean something.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out meeting people where they are — at community events, churches, food pantries, and local organizations — building the kind of trust that turns a conversation into someone getting the care they need. If you're energized by building relationships, motivated by helping underserved communities, and want a role with real earning potential on top of a competitive base, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Get out into the community: attend events, fairs, and partner with local organizations to raise awareness of available services
- Build genuine relationships with referral sources who can connect eligible seniors to care
- Guide prospective participants and their families through program tours, intake, and enrollment — sometimes right in their own homes
- Partner closely with an Enrollment team to turn community interest into enrolled, supported participants
- Track your outreach activity and pipeline to keep growing your impact
- Champion a culture of compassionate, community-based care in everything you do
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience; sales or business development experience strongly preferred
- Comfort and confidence engaging diverse communities — multicultural outreach experience is a big plus
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, or serving underserved populations preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
- Valid CA driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Strong communication skills — you can write clearly, present confidently, and build rapport quickly
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline, with the organizational skills to keep accurate records
- Willingness to obtain required healthcare marketing certifications and BLS certification within the first 60 days (training provided)
Why You'll Love It Here
- Competitive hourly pay plus individual and team performance bonuses — strong earning potential beyond base salary
- Generous benefits: medical, dental, and vision (partially employer-paid)
- 2+ weeks vacation, 9 paid holidays (including 2 floating), sick/personal time, and paid Volunteer Time Off
- 403(b) retirement plan with employer support
- A genuine mission: every day, your work directly improves someone's quality of life
- A collaborative, values-driven team culture that celebrates connection and impact over hierarchy
If you're a people-person with a heart for service and a knack for building relationships, we'd love to talk.
