Maintenance Technician – East Valley / Phoenix Metro Area

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in the East Valley / Phoenix Metro Area. In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair activities to keep our CNC machines, tools, and facility equipment running efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting production uptime in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of production equipment, tools, and CNC machinery.

• Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on CNC and plant equipment.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, and engineering specifications to perform maintenance and service.

• Use precision measuring and testing instruments to locate and resolve issues.

• Document all maintenance and inspection activities accurately.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all procedures and regulations.

• Coordinate with management to schedule regular maintenance and minimize downtime.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair within a CNC machine shop or precision manufacturing environment.

• Experience maintaining CNC machinery (any type acceptable — experience with Citizen, Tsugami, Deco, or Mori Seiki machines a plus).

• Experience using Limble or other preventive maintenance software preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated work stability and reliability; preference for candidates with long-term tenure in prior roles.

Preferred Experience

• CNC machine repair or maintenance (Swiss-style or multi-axis systems).

• Aerospace or precision machining environment.

• Preventive maintenance program implementation and documentation.
