Physical Therapist – Outpatient, Telehealth & Aquatic Therapy

Location: Stanwood, WA
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year + bonuses
Bonus Options: $2,500 sign-on bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus (if you and another PT join together)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 4 clinic days + 1 telehealth day

About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Stanwood, WA. This unique role blends hands-on patient care, aquatic therapy, and telehealth services in a flexible, hybrid schedule. You’ll have access to mentorship, CEU support, and leadership development while delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

This role combines traditional therapy with telehealth technology to provide individualized, evidence-based care. We’re bringing to the U.S. the same MSK care model that helped Sweden become the first country to reduce joint replacements—directly due to this innovative, tech-driven approach that increases therapist–patient interaction. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help transform joint care in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute therapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic patients

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods

• Conduct weekly telehealth PT sessions using digital rehab platforms

• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and wellness strategies

• Collaborate with PTAs and team members to deliver integrated care

• Document treatments and progress efficiently in the EMR system

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Washington State Physical Therapist license

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered)

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Comfort with EMR, telehealth, and digital rehab platforms

• Experience with aquatic therapy a plus (training available)

Compensation & Benefits

• $105,000–$115,000 annual salary (DOE)
