Physical Therapist – Outpatient, Telehealth & Aquatic Therapy

Location: Stanwood, WA
Compensation: $100,000–$115,000/year + bonuses
Bonuses: $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly incentives + $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus
Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hrs) or PRN | 4 clinic days + 1 telehealth day | Monday–Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Stanwood, WA. This position offers a unique mix of in-clinic, aquatic therapy, and telehealth care, providing flexibility and career growth in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

This is a full-time position with benefits (30+ hrs/week) or a PRN option with a 30-hour minimum schedule. The role includes mentorship, continuing education, and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute one-on-one therapy sessions (orthopedic, neuro, post-surgical, aquatic)

• Evaluate, design, and implement evidence-based treatment plans

• Conduct weekly telehealth PT sessions using digital rehab platforms

• Collaborate with PTAs and fellow clinicians to deliver coordinated care

• Educate patients on recovery, wellness, and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) WA Physical Therapist license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication skills and comfort with EMR/telehealth platforms

• Aquatic therapy experience preferred (training available)

• Open to both new grads and experienced PTs

Compensation & Benefits
