Job Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week, Outpatient)
Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000/year (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or nights)

Located in Riverside, CA, the West Riverside clinic is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to deliver patient-centered, comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based setting.

Compensation
Family Medicine: $268,000 – $363,000/year
Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000/year
Bonus: Monthly productivity-based incentives
Schedule: Includes 4 hours/week of dedicated panel management time

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Perform outpatient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and health education
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as appropriate
Conduct physical exams and preventive screenings
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
Refer to specialists and coordinate follow-up care
Provide prenatal and postnatal care when within scope and training
Team Collaboration
Supervise advanced practice providers, residents, or students as needed
Participate in quality initiatives and department meetings
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Documentation & Compliance
Complete timely EHR documentation (within 72 hours)
Follow HIPAA and infection control standards
Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school (Required)
Active California Medical License (Required)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Valid DEA license and BLS certification
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Arabic is a plus
