Job Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week, Outpatient)
Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000/year (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or nights)

Located in Riverside, CA, the West Riverside clinic is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to deliver patient-centered, comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based setting.

This full-time position offers flexible hours (32–40 per week), competitive compensation, and a collaborative environment dedicated to improving health outcomes in our community.

Compensation

  • Family Medicine: $268,000 – $363,000/year

  • Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000/year

  • Bonus: Monthly productivity-based incentives

  • Schedule: Includes 4 hours/week of dedicated panel management time

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Perform outpatient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and health education

  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as appropriate

  • Conduct physical exams and preventive screenings

  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics

  • Refer to specialists and coordinate follow-up care

  • Provide prenatal and postnatal care when within scope and training

Team Collaboration

  • Supervise advanced practice providers, residents, or students as needed

  • Participate in quality initiatives and department meetings

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete timely EHR documentation (within 72 hours)

  • Follow HIPAA and infection control standards

  • Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications


Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school (Required)

  • Active California Medical License (Required)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

  • Valid DEA license and BLS certification

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Arabic is a plus
