Temporary Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Full-Time Temporary Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple open requisitions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and place top-tier talent. This is a high-impact, fast-paced assignment ideal for a recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to develop clear job requirements, interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation criteria
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date ATS pipeline, ensuring timely communication with all candidates
- Provide regular recruiting status updates and data-driven progress reports to stakeholders
- Represent the organization professionally throughout the candidate experience
- Collaborate with the broader HR and TA team on process improvements and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
