About the Role

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Full-Time Temporary Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple open requisitions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and place top-tier talent. This is a high-impact, fast-paced assignment ideal for a recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop clear job requirements, interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation criteria
  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date ATS pipeline, ensuring timely communication with all candidates
  • Provide regular recruiting status updates and data-driven progress reports to stakeholders
  • Represent the organization professionally throughout the candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the broader HR and TA team on process improvements and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time Temp

Duration: 3–6 Months

Pay Range: $45-50
