Position Title: IT Internal Audit Manager
Location: Hybrid | Woodland Hills, CA
Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000

Position Summary:

A leading cruise and hospitality organization is seeking an experienced IT Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute its audit plan (including SOX compliance and operational audits) under the direction of the Director of Internal Audit. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong audit knowledge, effective communication skills, and solid business acumen who thrives in a fluid, fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of the SOX program, including walkthroughs, testing IT general and automated controls, identifying control gaps, and monitoring remediation across multiple systems.

  • Plan and perform IT operational audits end to end: risk assessment, objective and scope setting, audit program creation, fieldwork, documentation, and meeting project milestones.

  • Develop remediation strategies and partner with control owners to enhance design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.

  • Contribute to internal department initiatives such as training, development, and completion of other operational audits and reviews as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, or Finance.

  • 5 to 7 years of internal audit experience within a corporation or public accounting.

  • CISA, CISSP, and/or CIA certification preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of IT general controls, application controls, and system development lifecycle methodology.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with cybersecurity, data protection, PCI, and data analytics is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent.
