Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Setting
Location: Belfair, WA
Job Type: Full-Time or PRN
Salary: $40 – $50 per hour ($83,200 – $104,000 annually)
Sign On Bonus: $2,500

A well-established outpatient therapy clinic in Belfair, WA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one, 45-minute therapy sessions

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

  • Develop personalized treatment plans and track progress

  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, and support staff

  • Use digital tools and modern platforms for documentation and patient engagement

  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards


Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Range: $40 – $50 per hour

  • Annual Equivalent: $83,200 – $104,000

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends or late shifts)

  • Flexible Full-Time or PRN options (Full-Time = 30+ hours/week with benefits)

  • Monthly performance-based bonus program

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State license as an Occupational Therapist

  • Current CPR certification
