Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient, Telehealth & Aquatic Therapy

Location: Stanwood, WA
Pay Rate: $28–$37/hour + bonuses
Bonus Options: $2,500 sign-on bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus (if you and a PTA friend join together)
Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hrs) or PRN | 4 clinic days + 1 telehealth day | Monday–Friday

About the Role
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Stanwood, WA. This role offers a hybrid schedule combining in-clinic, aquatic therapy, and telehealth care, providing flexibility and career development in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

This role combines hands-on patient care with telehealth technology to provide individualized, evidence-based care. We’re bringing to the U.S. the same MSK care model that made Sweden the first country to reduce joint replacements—directly because of this innovative, tech-driven approach that increases therapist–patient interaction. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help transform joint care in the U.S.

This is a full-time role with benefits (30+ hrs/week) or a PRN option with a 30-hour minimum schedule. You’ll receive mentorship, CEU support, loan reimbursement for the life of your student loan, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute therapy sessions under the direction of a licensed PT

• Assist with treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic patients

• Conduct telehealth sessions one day per week using digital rehab platforms

• Document care and progress efficiently in the EMR system

• Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and prevention strategies

• Collaborate with PTs and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Washington PTA license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfort with EMR and telehealth platforms

• Experience with aquatic therapy preferred but not required
