Job Duties:

• Assist in 1-on-1, 45-minute sessions with patients

• Work under the guidance of physical therapists to provide treatment for various conditions (orthopedic, neurological, etc.)

• Help patients with exercises, mobility training, and other therapeutic activities

• Monitor and track patient progress and report findings to physical therapists

• Use advanced technology for patient treatment and documentation (powered by Joint Academy)

• Educate patients on home exercises, self-care, and wellness techniques

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all patient sessions

• Foster a supportive, collaborative environment for both patients and the team

Requirements:

• Washington State Physical Therapy Assistant License

• CPR Certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
