Pelvic Health & Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) – $100K–$120K + Bonuses

Location: Stanwood, Washington
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional 4/10 Schedule | No Weekends
Hybrid: Outpatient + Telehealth Growth

Compensation

  • $100,000–$120,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly performance bonuses

Position Overview

An established outpatient clinic in Stanwood, WA is seeking a Pelvic Health & Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, evidence-based team.

This role blends orthopedic outpatient care with a growing pelvic health program. The clinic offers private treatment rooms to support high-quality pelvic floor rehabilitation and patient comfort.

Therapists have the opportunity to deliver longer, comprehensive evaluations for pelvic health patients, ensuring appropriate assessment, education, and care planning.

The clinic follows an evidence-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care model developed through Joint Academy, emphasizing early intervention, measurable outcomes, and digital rehabilitation integration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 outpatient sessions for orthopedic and pelvic health patients

  • Perform pelvic floor evaluations and interventions (postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, core dysfunction, etc.)

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Deliver telehealth sessions using digital rehabilitation tools

  • Educate patients on recovery strategies and long-term wellness

  • Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary team members

  • Document evaluations and progress in EMR


Qualifications

  • Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license

  • Experience in pelvic health rehabilitation preferred

  • Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong communication and patient-centered care approach

WCS, PRPC, or formal pelvic floor training is a plus. Mentorship available for therapists expanding into pelvic health.
