Hourly pay range: $50 –$70/ Hour DOE
About the Role
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join its Boston office on a hybrid schedule. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex real estate transactions, providing substantive support across due diligence, closings, and document management. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team environment where your expertise and independent judgment are valued.
What You'll Do
- Support due diligence efforts for a variety of real estate transactions
- Order, review, and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, and property surveys
- Build, monitor, and maintain closing checklists to keep transactions on track
- Draft and prepare transaction documents, coordinating execution and delivery with opposing counsel, lenders, government agencies, and other vendors
- Organize and manage data rooms and matter files
- Mentor junior paralegals and case assistants as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of paralegal experience specifically in real estate law
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sharp organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple matters simultaneously
- Sound independent judgment and the ability to anticipate attorney needs
- Deep familiarity with real estate practice area rules, procedures, and terminology
- Comfortable operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify connections across cases, statutes, and regulatory requirements
Education & Certification
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Paralegal Certificate a plus

Work Environment
This position involves primarily sedentary work, including extended periods at a computer, virtual meetings, and occasional walking or standing. A hybrid schedule combines remote and in-office work, with specifics to be coordinated with your supervisor.
