Is This Role for You?
If you’ve worked at a contract manufacturer, co-packer, or private label company, you already know this job: brand customers counting on you, hundreds of SKUs moving at once, production schedules that shift daily, and the satisfaction of getting every order out the door on time. We’re looking for someone who has done this work and wants to do it at a growing company where strong performers stay and advance.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • You start the morning checking open orders and the production schedule for your brand accounts.
  • You enter new POs, confirm details with customers, and flag anything at risk before it becomes a problem.
  • You walk the production floor and warehouse to check status on runs, materials, and shipments.
  • When a date slips, you’re the one who tells the customer first, with a new plan.
  • You coordinate the day’s shipments, update open order and inventory reports, and support the sales team with samples and follow-ups.

What You’ll Own

  • Customer orders from PO to shipment for a set of brand accounts
  • Communication between brand customers and the plant, covering materials, components, production runs, and delivery dates
  • Daily shipment coordination with the warehouse and carriers
  • Customer reporting, including open orders, backlog, status, and inventory
  • Sales support, including order entry, sample coordination, and follow-ups
  • Occasional customer visits and a local annual trade show

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years in contract manufacturing, co-packing, OEM, or private label. This is required.
  • Experience handling a high volume of SKUs and orders in a manufacturing environment
  • Direct experience working with production or planning teams on delivery dates
  • Stability: a track record of staying and growing with an employer
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP (SAP, JDE, Oracle, or similar)
  • Clear, proactive communication with customers by phone and email

Nice-to-Haves

  • Personal care, cosmetics, household, food, beverage, or nutraceutical experience
  • EDI experience with major retailers
  • A bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with related experience

You’ll Thrive Here If...

  • You like a fast pace and juggling many moving parts
  • You’d rather walk the floor than wait for an email
  • You take ownership of your accounts as if they were your own
  • You want to grow with one company long-term

This Probably Isn’t the Right Fit If...

  • Your experience is mainly in distribution, 3PL, e-commerce, or retail
  • You prefer a structured corporate environment with defined processes for everything
  • You’re looking for a remote or hybrid role

Work Environment
Primarily office-based, with regular time on the production floor and in the warehouse, where safety and dress requirements apply. You may occasionally be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.

Why Join

  • A growing company with new investment and real room to advance
  • A family-oriented culture with year-round events and recognition
  • Direct access to leadership through regular Q&A sessions
  • Ongoing investment in training and development
