Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter to support a fast-paced hiring environment. This role will play a critical part in prescreening candidates, managing recruiting workflows, and helping build structure within the hiring process.

This is a contract role with potential for temp-to-hire, though initially scoped as a temporary engagement. The position is fully on-site and requires someone comfortable operating in a highly administrative, hands-on recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume candidate prescreening and efficiently move qualified candidates through the hiring process
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the absence of a formal requisition process
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and align on hiring needs
  • Manage and track candidates across multiple systems (currently transitioning from Paycom to UKG Pro)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of candidate data during system migration and onboarding implementation
  • Maintain strong organization and follow-through across all recruiting activities
  • Provide administrative support across talent acquisition processes, with a heavy emphasis on detail and execution

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related HR function
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in a structured, execution-focused role

Preferred Background

  • Experience in nonprofit organizations, senior living, or home healthcare environments
  • Experience supporting organizations without formalized recruiting infrastructure or processes
