Salary: $268,000 to $380,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
Sign On Bonus: $15k

Overview
A well-respected nonprofit community health center in Hemet, California is actively seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with no nights, weekends, or inpatient call. Primary Care Physician Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including physical exams, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

• Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop care plans

• Administer immunizations and coordinate specialist referrals

• Deliver prenatal and postnatal care if within scope and training

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and support staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

• Supervise medical students or residents if applicable

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required)

• Active California medical license (required)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)

• Valid DEA license and current BLS certification (required)

• Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• Family Medicine salary range: $268,000 to $363,000 per year

• Internal Medicine salary range: $281,000 to $380,000 per year
