About the Role

We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support an active recruiting team during a period of elevated hiring demand. This is a front-end recruiting support role, not a full-cycle position, focused on building and managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial outreach and screening, and maintaining ATS integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search strategies across assigned requisitions
  • Review inbound applications and conduct resume screening against defined job criteria; provide pass/pursue assessments to senior recruiters
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest level
  • Manage candidate pipeline communication, including outreach, follow-up, and status update messaging
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers or recruiting team members
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and dispositions within the ATS
  • Assist with job posting administration and requisition tracking
  • Support special sourcing projects as directed by senior recruiters or recruiting leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination role
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
  • Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach and follow-up
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data hygiene

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a staffing firm or RPO environment
  • Exposure to technical, manufacturing, finance, or professional services recruiting
  • Boolean search proficiency
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-client or multi-requisition setting
  • Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other job board platforms
