Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Stanwood, WA
Job Type: Full-Time or PRN
Pay: $40 – $50 per hour ($83,200 – $104,000 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

A well-established outpatient therapy clinic in Stanwood, WA is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 45-minute, 1-on-1 occupational therapy sessions

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions

• Create and update individualized treatment plans

• Work closely with physical therapists, PTAs, and clinic staff

• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Washington State Occupational Therapy License (or eligible)

• CPR Certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Open to new graduates graduating within the next 3 months
