Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 per year (DOE) + monthly performance bonus
Bonuses: $2,500 sign-on bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus (if two PTs join together)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends or evenings)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Belfair, WA. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy while integrating innovative telehealth technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients

• Evaluate, plan, and implement customized physical therapy treatment programs

• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and mobility improvement

• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in the EMR system

• Collaborate with PTAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Interest in clinic management and professional development
