- Manage organizational change by influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and strategic advocacy.
- Champion a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support scale-up efforts with a focus on team alignment and cultural cohesion.
- Drive annual HR processes including goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers and senior leaders on people-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Minimum 3 years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, startup-like environments — biotech or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success driving employee engagement and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
- Deep understanding of U.S. labor laws and multi-state compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Who you are

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.
