Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient, Telehealth & Aquatic Therapy
Location: Stanwood, Washington
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 per year + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Bonuses: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” Bonus (if two PTs join together)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 4 in-clinic days + 1 telehealth day | No weekends

About the Opportunity
An established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Stanwood, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. This hybrid position blends hands-on outpatient care, aquatic therapy, and telehealth services in a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance and career growth.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking clinic implementing the Joint Academy model—an evidence-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care approach that helped Sweden become the first country to reduce joint replacements through early, targeted, and digital rehab. Key Responsibilities
Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic therapy patients
Develop and execute personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
Conduct weekly telehealth sessions using digital rehabilitation platforms
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
Collaborate closely with PTAs and team members to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Document treatments, progress, and outcomes efficiently in EMR systems
Qualifications
Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license
Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, organization, and patient engagement skills
Experience or interest in telehealth and digital rehab platforms
Aquatic therapy experience a plus (training available)
