Senior Compensation Analyst

Are you passionate about driving business success by developing and managing competitive compensation programs? As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to the leadership team, ensuring that compensation strategies align with business objectives and support talent acquisition and retention. You will also leverage data and insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst for a 6-month engagement. In this role, your primary focus will be on managing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation programs. While you will also support HR Information Systems (HRIS) functions, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Management: Lead efforts to develop, implement, and optimize compensation strategies and programs that align with business objectives, attract top talent, and retain employees.
  • Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze compensation-related reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR and leadership teams.
  • HRIS Reporting Support: While compensation is your focus, you will assist in utilizing HRIS reports to support compensation-related decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compensation programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Project Support: Assist with compensation-related projects, particularly those aligned with the UKG HRIS platform, as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in compensation program management, with a proven track record in total rewards strategies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of compensation management principles.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with UKG workforce management platform.
  • Certifications: Certification in compensation (CCP) is preferred.
