The Director of Professional Services will lead a high-performing team of consultants and trainers responsible for customer onboarding and implementation of core HME solutions and related add-on modules. This role is critical to driving client success, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving financial and operational objectives.

You’ll be part of a team driving innovation and leading the way in cloud-based patient management software. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the vision and strategic direction for the Professional Services Consulting function.

  • Lead transformational initiatives that elevate team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and trainers focused on onboarding and implementation efforts.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Customer Success & Implementation

  • Ensure successful delivery of consulting and training services across the full customer onboarding lifecycle.

  • Serve as Executive Sponsor for key client engagements, ensuring alignment with customer goals and expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Development, and Customer Support to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Design and evolve consulting packages that drive product adoption and maximize customer value.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish, track, and optimize KPIs, OKRs, and service delivery standards.

  • Drive operational efficiencies while ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of experience leading professional services teams.

  • Proven success managing a Professional Services practice within an enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Strong background in Healthcare IT; HME experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior executive (C-level) stakeholders.

  • Deep expertise in project management, consulting delivery, and customer onboarding.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to lead through change and motivate teams.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Willingness to travel (20–30%).
