Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) – Hemet, CA | $95K–$160K + $10K Sign-On | Hybrid | 2 Days In-Clinic | No Weekends

We’re seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) to join our integrated care team in Hemet, CA. If you're a Psychologist, LCSW, or LPCC passionate about collaborative, whole-person care—this is your opportunity to make a difference in a flexible, team-oriented setting.

Position Details

• Location: Hemet, CA (Hybrid: 2 days in-clinic, 3 days remote)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

• Salary (DOE):

  • Psychologist (PhD or PsyD): $110,000 – $160,000/year

  • LCSW / LPCC: $95,000 – $130,000/year

What You’ll Do

• Deliver brief, solution-focused psychotherapy

• Address behavioral, emotional, and social factors impacting overall health

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate on care plans

• Participate in warm hand-offs and integrated care huddles

• Support patients managing chronic illness, co-occurring conditions, and lifestyle changes

• Provide crisis support, psychoeducation, and culturally responsive care

Qualifications

• Active California license as:

  • Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Minimum 2 years of psychotherapy experience, including child/adolescent therapy

• Preferred: Experience in primary care or health-related therapy settings

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
