About the Role
A mission-driven healthcare organization is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to serve as a critical link between patients, healthcare providers, staff, and community resources. This person will support clinics in underserved and historically underprivileged communities, including populations who may have experienced trauma, and needs to be genuinely comfortable and compassionate working in that environment, not just willing.

- Support outreach into underserved/underprivileged communities
- Provide general administrative support, spreadsheets, Word documents, and related admin tasks
- Help patients navigate healthcare services and connect with resources

- Self-starter who can take ownership with minimal ramp-up time
- Genuine passion for and comfort working with underserved communities
- Reliable, punctual, and engaged
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Comfortable with a multi-site, travel-heavy schedule
Preferred / Strongly Preferred
- CPR certification (preferred); BLS certification a strong plus
- Background as a paramedic, EMT, CNA, or medical technician a strong plus
- Degree in Public Health a plus
- Already fingerprinted/cleared a plus
- Background in social services, case management, discharge planning, home health aide, or retirement home care also relevant
- Prior non-profit, advocacy, or community outreach experience
