Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions
Create customized treatment plans supported by digital tools and data tracking
Use voice dictation software for fast, efficient documentation
Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapy plans, progress, and home exercises
Qualifications
Active Idaho Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills
Interest in digital health platforms (training provided)
New graduates and experienced therapists welcome
Schedule & Compensation
Monday – Friday schedule (no weekends or late shifts)
Base Salary: $93,000+ per year base on experience
Monthly performance bonus: Up to $12,000 annually
