Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Belfair, WA
Compensation: $105,000-$115k,000 + monthly bonus 
Bonuses: $2,500 sign-on bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus if you and another PT join together + relocation assistance
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (no evenings or weekends)

About the Opportunity
Our outpatient therapy clinic in Belfair, Washington is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. This role combines hands-on patient care with tele-health technology to provide individualized, evidence-based care. We're bringing to the U.S. the same MSK care model that made Sweden the first country to reduce joint replacements—directly because of this innovative, tech-driven approach that increases interaction with the therapist. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help transform joint care in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute therapy sessions for orthopedic and neurological patients

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods

• Provide patient education on recovery, mobility, and prevention

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington (or eligible)

• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred

• CPR certification required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Interest in clinic operations and professional growth
